Sponsorship Selection

The American Translators Association is now offering sponsorship selections for the FIT XIX World Congress in San Francisco, California, August 1-4, 2011. Don't miss this opportunity to promote your company to over 800 translators, interpreters, language services company owners, and clients who need your services and products, while providing invaluable support to the translation and interpreting fields!

This form is used to create a contract for sponsorship of the FIT XIX World Congress. Your sponsorship selection will not be confirmed until this form is completed and 50% deposit is received.

Platinum Sponsor: $10,000 contribution
  Congress Totebag Imprint: As the Platinum Sponsor, your company's 2-color logo/artwork will be imprinted on the Congress Totebag, given to every paid attendee and carried throughout the event. The imprint size is typically 5 inches in height and 7 inches in width and will appear on the opposite side of the FIT logo/artwork. This is an exclusive sponsorship.

  Along with your totebag imprint, you will receive the following:
 
• Recognition as the Platinum Sponsor including company name, website, 4-color logo, and 50-word profile in program and on website
• Two complimentary full-conference registrations so that you can attend sessions and events along with other attendees
• Banner advertisement on website
• Two items (i.e. promotional flier, notepad, pen) to be included in the Congress Totebag, given to every paid attendee
• Pre-show attendee mailing labels for a one-time mailing to contact attendees before the conference
• Post-show attendee mailing labels for a one-time mailing to follow up with potential customers


Gold Sponsor: $7,500 contribution
  Congress Neck Wallet Imprint: As the Gold Sponsor, your company's 1-color logo/artwork will be imprinted on the Congress Neck Wallet, given to every paid attendee and worn throughout the event. The imprint size is typically 1 inch in height and 3 inches in width and will appear on the opposite side of the FIT logo/artwork. This is an exclusive sponsorship.

  Along with your neck wallet imprint, you will receive the following:
 
• Recognition as the Gold Sponsor including company name, website, 4-color logo, and 50-word profile in program and on website
• Two complimentary full-conference registrations so that you can attend sessions and events along with other attendees
• Banner advertisement on website
• Two items (i.e. promotional flier, notepad, pen) to be included in the Congress Totebag, given to every paid attendee
• Pre-show attendee mailing labels for a one-time mailing to contact attendees before the conference
• Post-show attendee mailing labels for a one-time mailing to follow up with potential customers


Silver Sponsor: $5,000 contribution
  As a Silver Sponsor, you may select one of the following. Each selection is an exclusive sponsorship.

Networking Reception: Highest attended event
Sponsorship includes 2 drink chips with company name/logo that attendees use to receive complimentary drinks at event; company name/logo in program and on website where event is listed; company name/logo on signage

Wifi Zone: Internet access available to every attendee
Sponsorship includes wifi access homepage branded with company name/logo; company name/logo in program and on website where event is listed; company name/logo on signage

  Along with your selection, you will receive the following:
 
• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor including company name, website, 4-color logo, and 50-word profile in program and on website
• Two complimentary full-conference registrations so that you can attend sessions and events along with other attendees
• Banner advertisement on website
• One item (i.e. promotional flier, notepad, pen) to be included in the Congress Totebag, given to every paid attendee

Bronze Sponsor: $2,500 contribution
  As a Bronze Sponsor, you may select one of the following. Each selection is an exclusive sponsorship.

Sponsorship includes company name/logo on cover of CD
San Francisco Bay Evening Cruise: Ticketed event
Sponsorship includes company name/logo in program and on website where event is listed; company name/logo on event sign

Congress Dance: Open to all attendees
Sponsorship includes company name/logo in program and on website where event is listed; company name/logo on event sign

Fairwell Toast: Open to all attendees
Sponsorship includes company name/logo in program and on website where event is listed; company name/logo on event sign

Sponsor Agreement*

I understand that sponsorship selection will not be held without receipt of a 50% deposit. Selection will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

To select your sponsorship, a 50% deposit is required. Deposit is nonrefundable. Your full payment will be due no later than July 1, 2011. You will receive a confirmation and instructions for paying your deposit. You will also be contacted by ATA to finalize your selection and make any other necessary arrangements.
