The American Translators Association is now renting booths for the FIT XIX World Congress in San Francisco, California, August 1-4, 2011. Don't miss this opportunity to promote your company to over 800 translators, interpreters, language services company owners, and clients who need your services and products!

What is included with my exhibit booth rental?


Booth Equipment

8' x 10' booth with 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers
6' draped table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, and general illumination
7" x 44" one-line identification sign
  NOTE: Exhibitors are responsible for additional furniture, electricity, Internet, equipment rental, etc. Order forms for these items will be provided after deposit is received.

Exhibitor Recognition
Company/Organization name, website, and 50-word profile in program and on website
Two complimentary full-conference registrations so that you can attend sessions and events along with other attendees
Post-show attendee mailing labels for a one-time mailing to follow up with potential customers



Exhibit Booth Rental Form

This form is used to reserve and create a contract for exhibit space at the FIT XIX World Congress. Your booth will not be reserved until this form is completed and a $500 deposit per booth is received.

Exhibitor Agreement*

I agree to work with ATA staff and Freeman representatives to meet all required deadlines.
I understand that booth space will not be held without receipt of a $500 deposit per booth. Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
I understand that my exhibit must be staffed during exhibit hall hours.
I understand that ATA will provide security while the exhibit hall is closed, but the exhibit is my responsibility when the hall is open.
I understand that loudspeakers and/or microphones are not permitted. Audiovisual equipment may not be operated in a manner that may disturb other exhibitors.
I understand that no signage, advertisements, or any other material shall be displayed or distributed outside my assigned exhibit space.
I agree to adhere to the exhibitor move-in and move-out day/time. I understanding that failure to observe the show schedule may jeopardize my right to exhibit at future ATA Conferences.

Payment

To reserve your booth(s), a deposit of $500 is required per booth. Your full payment will be due no later than July 1, 2011. You will receive a confirmation and instructions for paying your deposit. You will also be contacted by ATA to assign specific booth numbers and make any other necessary arrangements.
